Strategic leader and chief visionary, Juva is the driving force behind the continued advancement of the association. She loves to stay fully engaged by participating in the planning, development, and implementation of all member experience strategies.
Stephenie Hood, Director of Operations
Stephenie is the glue that holds it all together. She is committed to providing outstanding support for our members and staff, while being actively involved in every aspect of the operation. Her professional expertise elevates the level of service we are able to provide.
Michael LeMire, Director of Education
Mike is a passionate leader, teacher, and mentor who brings decades of experience in training and education with the military. He joins the team as our first ever Education Director after leading the professional development of faculty & staff for the U.S. Air Force.
